Is Mediation Right for our Situation?

This can depend on a few factors that the mediator will explore with you in your first call. The mediator will check that your case is suitable and that you are ready to begin the process. Perhaps the time isn’t right, or you will need legal advice prior to starting. You will be advised to ensure that you have the best chance of reaching an agreement that you are happy with and the process is manageable.
