It is really important to me that every client achieves successful and lasting solutions that are the best they can achieve. I am professional following all Legal Aid Board code of ethics and procedures.
I will draft quality Agreements that include all necessary detail and vouching documents. I will check that parenitng plans are workable and cover all future changes with reviews.
Training and background:
Completed my Family Mediation Training with a one year internship with the Family Mediation Service.2023
I have also gained a distinction in Conflict Management level 9, Independent College Dublin – 2022
Completed Certified Mediation Training Programme – IPA, Dublin 2023
I am also accredited by the MII – Mediators Institute of Ireland as a Mediator.
Certified in Child Inclusive Mediaiton(FMA UK , MII recognised).
I am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Family law with the Law Society of Ireland. 2026. This will help me to inform clients clearly of legal alternatives and where the agreement needs to consider legal implcations.
I now work for the Family Mediation Service on the legal Aid board panel and take on private clients. I have mediated in upward of ninety meditations encompassing all Family issues with a high success rate.
I have training in Autism studies, ADHD, Trauma Informed Practice, Suicide Intervention, and Group Facilitation Active Listening (SHEP).
I am also accredited by the MII – Mediators Institute of Ireland as a Mediator.
I have eight years’ experience working with college students with disabilities to achieve goals and overcome barriers. I believe this helps me to understand the many accommodations that we may need in mediation and better understand the concerns and challenges and approaches needed for both clients and parents of children with Specific learning Difficulties.
