What is the process?
Your sessions will be set to your needs and how you would like to approcach the mediation. Perhaps communication or aparenting is more urgent than finances..The first session will set the agenda based on your feedback.
The Initial Consultation involves the Mediator explaining the process of Mediation to both sides by phone. There is a no fee for this introductory service.
Pre-mediation involves the Mediator speaking separately to the parties to get their individual perspectives on the dispute and to obtain some relevant background information. This can be done online with Teams or Zoom, or by phone. The call takes between 20 – 40 minutes usually, but if tit needs longer that is fine. This helps the mediator decide If your case will be workable in mediation and at this posing if it is not suitable, you will both be advised to lok at other ways to resolve your conflict.

Post-mediation involves us preparing a final Mediation Agreement for consideration by the Parties.
